It makes funnier understanding background of this video. The papers baby and his papa ripping were papa's job rejection letter. Probably the baby is laughing because the sound of ripping is funny, but it seems to laugh at father's job rejection. So ironic!
It did more than make me smile. I started laughing out loud, as did my wife from another room! As they say, laughter is the best medicine.
